We want you to love your ride, but if you are not satisfied with your Onewheel, we offer a 30-day return window for boards in new, unused condition. Please ensure all original packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

• 2.
  Pack Your Board

  Securely pack the Onewheel and all included accessories in the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
